Horn sounds like it’s smoking a pack a day

My horn all of a sudden, sounds like it has laryngitis. No impacts or any obstructions. Any thoughts?

Typical car horns are two tones played in unison so good chance one of them has failed. Here's a video I found while trying to confirm whether Model 3 was in fact a two-tone system (didn't feel like waking the neighbors to test mine):

Looks like mobile service can do the fix and you're probably still under warranty based on the dates in your signature.

I had tried this and even the full reboot. Same thing.
