Horribly off the MS topic... Video Clip Conversion

There are some very smart people on this forum from some equally diverse backgrounds.

By chance is there a video clip expert out there that can help me convert a very old clip that only plays on a PC (codec problem?) into a format that will play on most anything.

try uploading it into youtube and mark it private. You can play it on anything from anywhere..
