Hot spot while driving and LTE service

With the addition of using a hot spot while driving, what service will be unavailable if I do not register to the premium connectivity package and simply connect the car to my phone hot spot?

I believe the car will see the hot spot as it would any other WiFi access such as a home wireless network. You could probably watch entertainment and surf the web. I think if anything the traffic info may not be available. I think the streaming music also may not be available as there are license fees involved that are part of that $10.00 per month.

Satellite view maps and traffic visualisation are the only two things you would gain by paying for premium connectivity instead of using a WiFi hotspot. All other services (including streaming audio) are available.

Nice, looks like I won't be needing premium after all.
If you already have unlimited+hotspot on your phone, the $10 isnt worth the navi.
