Does anyone have any experience going to the open drags on Friday nights at the Houston Motor Sports Park? I was thinking of having some fun and getting some official numbers with a couple runs. Apparently the track is 1/8 which is perfect for the MS.

    Haven't been.
I bet a race of two electrics would be spooky, no engine roar!

Watch out for the electric Miata. Doesn't matter if you have a P85D, he'll still smoke you. His 0-60 is under 2 seconds. :)

That would be the car, yes. I attend some HEAA events and we have been asked to provide cars for the EV pavilion of the Houston Auto Show in January. Assault & Battery should be there, at least what is left of it after a wreck.
