How are you guys ending up with a SA?

Do they contact you once you have a VIN or what?

I placed an order, got the text last week about 2-4 weeks. Other than that Ive pretty much had zero contact with anyone from Tesla.

How do you get your SA? Do you seek one out? Do they contact you at certain stage in the process?

I should be getting mine within 3 weeks and not sure if I should have a SA or not?

I contacted Tesla finance via email - [email protected] and used my RN number as reference.
They pushed me over to my SA and have been chatting with them since my MVPA showed up on 06/01

They are terrible in this respect. Once you get a VIN, have made payment, etc. and everything is ready you should be contacted my your SA. It is frustrating I well remember but then suddenly it seemed they were delivering the car and I had everything I needed and was very happy. Hopefully you will have the same experience!!

When I called Tesla for I can't remember the lady that picked up saw I was not assigned to anyone yet so she assigned herself to me. From my understanding, Telsa suppose to assign someone automatically.
