How bad does your aftermarket spoiler fit?

So I got a Tesmaniam rear spoiler from Santa…
Put it on this weekend; Which BTW there’s really ZERO “official” instructions (other manufacturers actually have instructions on their site).
Measured it out..put it on evenly.
However, it doesn’t “seal” to the body. It’s basically “gapped” completely all over the top. (I even followed OTHER manufacturer’s instructions about putting weights on the top of it to press it down)
Is anyone else’s like that too? I’m worried rather than POSSIBLY improving aerodynamics, I’ve actually made it WORSE by creating drag (with the small gap between the trunk lid and the spoiler)

I have an aftermarket CF spoiler and it fit like a glove...some spoilers are just not good from the mold and some get warped in the heat of shipping...if it's not CF leave it in the sun for a few (while in it's position but not stuck down) and see if it reshapes
