How can I use my RN number to get delivery updates?

hi. Ordered a Model Y thru lease company NHS fleet Solutions. They have given me an RN number. I had an email from Tesla to finish setting up my account. No orders in my account.
Can I somehow use the RN to get updates? I have no other info or VIN.

If it’s a lease it apparently doesn’t show in your account until you pick it up.

How? they haven't given me my RN number I ordered on the 9th of Sept, what's your delivery estimate? Should be around the same as mine.

Some bad news - I ordered a Model Y Long Range via a leasing company in May and still don't have the vehcicle - only the RN. The lease company wrote with an update to say they expect it to be a December delivery! Meaning ~7mths from order to delivery. So you may be waiting much longer sadly...

I'd imagine that since you don't 'own' the RN number, you cannot get any updates until the leasing company takes ownership of the car and then has you set up the Tesla account in your name.
