Tesla's issue is production, not marketing. With ~400k reservations for Model 3 and a 2 month wait for Model S, their ability to increase market share is linked to the ability to produce product, not interest in the product.

Interesting question... not the question itself but the fact you've asked it. Firstly, Tesla does have a marketing plan... just doesn't involve "advertising". Second, why would someone reading a forum offer up a marketing plan for an automotive company? just seems like an odd question to me...

Exactly. People sometimes confuse the two. Marketing != advertising. Tesla has exceedingly good marketing and I'm sure it has an exceedingly good marketing plan.
