How do I get access to solar edge monitoring for my system?

Tesla was here yesterday to repair 12 of my 48 panels. I have two SolarEdge Inverters each managing 24 panels. My issue was these panels were down, not producing, and the SolarEdge Inverter was showing a Green LED so it looked like all the panels were working. The Tesla Tech reps on site ran a software test and were able to determine only 12 panels on one of the inverters were producing using their panel polling provisioning.

How do I get that tool application so I have a way of determining if all my panels are producing.

I get tired of calling Tesla to confirm my system is functioning properly.
The system has been installed since December and I am not going to make my yearly KWH production goals.

I have to reply on their monitoring facility, and they are busy. It is easy for something like this to fall between the cracks especially if my inverters are showing green LED's.

I need more information about my system health.

This is something they should add to their application.

This will help their customers.

Thanks

Call customer service. Eventually when you get someone who knows what you are talking about, they can “switch” access to your panels to you only caveat is they will lose access to it for troubleshooting etc. I really doubt they are actively monitoring your panels anyway.
