I assume youre not talking about 3rd row rear facing seats.. I have this in 2nd row:

works good with the headrest but the seatbelt clips can be a little tricky (slightly hidden in the little groove slot) especially if you are moving the car seats often.. if you are just leaving them it is fine just can take a few extra seconds to find the clip down there

If you go to a kids store that sells car seats you should be able to find a good selection of these types of seat protectors.

I remove shoes. No joke. Free and simple.

Also, I just ordered a backseat cover for the entire seat. I'll use and review. Keep posted.

I'll be replacing my seat bench. Just easier to buy upgraded seats once the car and booster seat age lapses or car goes for sale. Protectors only work so well and can violate manufacturer instructions depending on method of attachment.
