In the US and Canada, Tesla stores will take in deposits starting at the same instant: 10:00 California time, or 11:00 Denver, Colorado, or 12:00 in Chicago, Illinois, or 13:00 in New York.

It will be night time for Asia and Australia so the stores are closed.

I guess, you can wait for a few more hours for daylight and the stores will be open to take your reservations.

Of course, if you don't want to go to a store, you can watch the unveiling and do it online at 20:30 California time or 11:30 in Hong Kong, or 12:30 noon in Tokyo, or 14:30 in Melbourne.
