How long after PTO does PGE go into true-up mode?

I'm not a powerwall customer but my PGE customer page now shows estimated true up and all of that. Got PTO about a month ago.

This is what I see 3 weeks after being granted PTO.

It just updated today to say NEM2PS. It shows active since 12/17 so they changed it retroactively as expected.

That said, I'm still able to see online daily and hourly usage graphs.

Mine was that way for a short while too. I suspect yours will disappear in the near term.

Like I'd said above, PG&E still reported mine up until they corrected the billing. That data didn't disappear, but no data was ever added after that point.
