How long between matched for a car and delivery?

Ordered via a Lease company, who are giving me next to no information.

The last update i had from them was:

Your new TESLA MODEL 3 SALOON Performance AWD 4dr [Performance Upgrade] Auto - Multi coat - Pearl white is due to arrive at the dealership approximately 01/01/2023.

We would normally expect delivery to yourself to take place a couple of weeks after this date.

I've had a text from Tesla saying - congratulations, they have received my Model 3 order, along with my RN number on the 25th November.

I've spoken to Tesla via chat and they said they haven't allocated a car to me yet.

Does anyone know how long there normally is between being allocated a car and the expected delivery date?

Typically you get allocated a car a few days after the boat carrying it sets sail, then it arrives in the country a couple of weeks later, delivery then within a couple of weeks.
