Dropped off my car 9 weeks ago, and they just upated the estimated time for completion to 1/31/23...which would make it 3 months (a little over 3 months actually) at the service center. Last I checked about 2 weeks ago, they said the part wasn't in yet. I get it takes a while...but over 2 months already is getting old with no communication except when I ask (I have only asked twice).
Just wondering how long it has taken others to get their replacement pack? If this is normal, then it would make me feel better. 2013 S60, and was told they are going to put in a 75 or 90 pack, whichever comes in first.
