How long for Hz to get back to 60Hz when going off grid

After my PowerWall installation, going off grid caused the PowerWalls to shift Hz to ~65 shutting down the inverters regardless of the battery’s SOC. After nearly 2 months Tesla came back and said I needed to upgrade the firmware (for some reason it didn’t do it on its on its own).

After the upgrade, the frequency jumped to ~65Hz then SLOWLY Feathered down to 60.2 allowing the inverters to come back on line. The feathering took ~40 minutes. Is this normal behavior?

thanks

Slightly off-topic, but many of us have requested and had Tesla decrease the maximum frequency jump to 62.5 Hz or so. This is easier on all of the devices in your home. Modern electronics do not like to vary that far from the nominal 60 Hz and seem to tolerate the 62.5 Hz better. Especially devices like UPSes.
