Other than keep 20%~90% in order to maintain battery health. I concern the charging times.
Let say I charge it every day with 2hrs only. Any impact to the battery? Is it count 1 times already?

A charging cycle is one complete full battery charge cycle. 0-100%. Small top ups are not a complete cycle.

Just don't worry about it, the rest of the car is just another car and is likely to be junk before the battery.

On the charge cycles 4 cycles from 40-60 isn't the same as one 10-90 but it isn't a huge difference either so trying to split hairs is a waste of effort.

You will find folks who claim "trickle" charging is best and then others who say amount of time spent charging should be minimized within reason not arguing so far as supercharging is best.
I can tell you my 2014 S with what should be inferior cells and that saw "updates" suddenly take some range last year and will hit 100k in the coming weeks has degraded/derated 8.5%, wish the rest of the car was that good.
I say derated because nearly half the range drop came from "batterygate".

Charge it to 80% every night/day. That more than enough.

with your short daily drives, I'd strongly consider 80% max.

In my operation, actually I need to charge per 4~5 days. (max. 87%, charge when drop to 20~30%)
