How many of your guys cars came BEFORE your original delivery date?

Almost no information in between except 2 TXT saying 3-6 weeks.

If you are in CA this is very common, even as early as 2 weeks before the estimated date.
But rest of the world you would most likely have to wait longer

Did anyone else notice that the delivery date changed on its own in the Account page, without any notification or confirmation from Tesla or Tesla DC? I had a 3/17 delivery date scheduled and only noticed on my account that it suddenly says 3/13 delivery appointment. Wth???

I was originally supposed to take delivery on 3/16, but got a text last night asking if I wanted to pick it up earlier. So now I'm going tomorrow to get it.

My 2019 arrived 1-2 days before Tesla said it would. The 2020 did not - but my VIN changed after a few days as production ended for 2019 and they bumped me to a 2020.

My delivery was a lot sooner than planned. Placed my reservation on 12/28 and converted my order on 1/3. At the time of my reservation I was told to expect sometime in March by the sales associate. When I ordered the Tesla website was showing 4 - 7 weeks. Two weeks later My car was said to be in transit and I was given a tentative delivery of 2/4 which was then pulled in again when it arrived at the delivery center early. I picked my car up on January 29th.

My scheduled delivery is 18th. They texted me today (16th) to see if I can take the delivery tomorrow on 17th.

hey! Is this through the Rockville SC location? Did you get a call early or did you pick it up as scheduled on the 16? I have a delivery date scheduled through Rockville for the 24 and wondering if there’s a possibility it comes sooner. I’ve talked with my Specialist and he said “it’s off the train and loaded on the truck for the last leg” — I don’t know what that means but I’m hoping it’s soon?

Mine was super early - in LA and ordered it on 2/8, was ready 2/11 even tho I was told 5-8 weeks. My sales contact said it was likely that because I uploaded my information right away, I get bumped up in line and got a car that was produced for someone else but their paperwork wasn’t complete. Quite the surprise, but a good one in the end.

I was told time frame was 8-12 weeks
Received a text on 3/14 to schedule delivery. This was not ideal, but I scheduled for 3/28. I have one too many cars and the Tesla needs to be in the garage for charging, so I need to find a place to park or sell a car before next Saturday. I guess I could have worse problems.

Rockville, yes, and I picked up on 14th... yea they texted and emailed a few days before that to ask if I wanted to pick up early. Very smooth process.

I asked too soon. Got a text and a call from them this afternoon asking if we want to take early. We’re now going in 4 days earlier!
