How many people have gotten the Rain Sensing wipers update? I haven't

got update alert, 830pm today tried to do it over LTE not wifi, failed

Just got the update notification, updated succeeded on wifi.

Got the update last night. Perfect timing as it let me test the feature during the rain in LA today.

Been 2 days since I got update and it failed. No other update notifications. When this happened over Christmas I usually got update notifications every 12 hours after a failed attempt.

Got the update with the wipers and I live in Portland, OR (rains here 9 months out of the year).... they work, sorta. I can't really tell a difference in either setting, and the threshold to wipe is highly highly variable, i.e. very inconsistent. Almost does not work at all at night on a dark street (without street lamps), which I chalk up to the cameras cannot get good enough contrast/images to enable the vision processing to conclude a wipe is needed.

I got it Dec 28th or so. I wonder if they would have pushed it out to places with more rain first.

I agree. I would describe them as... erratic.

Received update about a week ago. It may be my imagination but they seem to have improved since initial install. At first I also thought they were a bit erratic and faster than they needed to be but they seem to functioning close to if not equal to my BMW now.

actually even though my update says failed my app and car both say the version is the new one 50.3 f34

hmmmm has that happened to anyone where update says failed but it actually succeeded anyway?

Hasn't happened to me yet but there are plenty of posts from owners describing this very thing.

I got my update to 50.3 while the car was in for service early this week. Got it back Thursday night and I have rain sensing wipers. Then a problem arose as a result of the service, and they have my car back again. :-(
