How many posts before I can add a signature?

It's not really a definitive number, and your user account doesn't nessearily update immediately either.

Also please review the Forum Rules. Tesla referral codes are not allowed in your signature.

Another new member here. I see that adding sigs need a special permissions issued by the mod. Is that same logic applicable to adding a dp to my profile as well? When I try to add a picture, I get the message saying "You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action". Could someone help me understand the requirements before I will be eligible to add my picture and/or signature to my account?
