How many wireless chargers do u have in the new model x?

I took delivery of my model x yesterday and it had 1 wireless charger. But I heard model y has 2. Did they give me an old model? What don’t we get 2 wireless chargers?

Model X had a single wireless charger added in the last few months... There aren't 2.

The X is an older vehicle - the Y is a newer platform. The Y also has USB-C, the X and S (and 3) do not.. The X, as Musk has said, isn't really there to go on, and was just an ends to a mean (people buy the most expensive vehicle to get Tesla more money to come out with the better, everyman car)...

this was the same concept behind the original roadster and the S, basically all models are here to stay but the subsequent ones depend on the success of the ones that came before.

If we recently brought a long range plus demo but it was made before Tesla added wireless charging, is that something Tesla can add later or can we purchase it? Thx

We purchased a 3rd party charger that can charge two phones at the same time, with the phones stacked at the spot where the USB charging dock is normally located.

The official wireless charger found in new S and X models is now available on the Tesla site to buy as a user installable upgrade, FYI...

I didn’t even get one on delivery. I had to send my car back for service and they installed one at no cost, although the new install looks funky. phone stands upright.
