How much balloon noise is acceptable

what about other noises? Whirring/whoop whoop whoop ing noises from rear drive unit??
Haven't had that one yet, just the balloon squeal, milling & "clunk clunk" from the DU.

The "whirling/whoop whoop" usually comes from the wife & kids ;).

there seems to be a high pitched noise as well as a whoop whoop whoop whirring from the rear DU on the 2017 60d i am speaking of. SErvice center recorded it and the tech said its not normal but after dropping off for 2 days they said it was normal..because they drove another car that it was happening with...yes only 1 other car...and not a 60d. Seems 1 data point isnt really much to decide "its normal" to me.
I will post the recording here when they email it to us as we asked for it today.
