How much forum activity before able to upload profile pic?

Kinda lame I can't upload a profile-pic from the get-go but how much activity until I can? I think my profile section prompt just says I have limited privileges until I participate more (not clear on how much)

I just joined so my privileges are limited. The rules are vague: "Since you currently have few or no posts in the forum, you have somewhat limited profile privileges. You'll be able to do things like add a profile image after you've participated in the community a bit more." Since I am apparently allowed to post a reply here, I am doing so in hopes that it will count towards my "bit more."

TMC just wants to make sure you "fit in" by requiring a 'bit more'. for TMC, multiple and random off topic posts are pretty much required.
