How much time between configure and delivery?

How much time is there between the configuration stage and the delivery? If you have an estimated delivery of Nov-Jan, would you expect to be invited to configure in Sept or Oct?

I'm an early day 1 reservation holder, non-tesla employee, non-tesla owner, and I have not gotten the email yet about configuring my 3.

And when I do get it, I will be getting a standard battery 3 so I will probably have to wait more there too.

For a California November - January First Production version I would say December or January. Your only real choice is do you want it or not. If you want it then they will look at when your color and wheels are being made and schedule your delivery based on that.
