Once my car is delivered to the service center from the factory, how much time do they need to prepare it for delivery? The Delivery specialist told me that their technicians do a pre delivery inspection.

Clock time... a couple of days.

    Perceived time... pretty much forever!

mine took a week for the pre-delivery inspection in the SS, after that DS calledschedule for delivery, which is another 2~3 days later, so yes wait time felt like eternal..

I don't know if there's a normal wait time. Mine was completed and I picked it up at the factory the day after. P85D "delivered" 3/26/2015.

Might depend on how many cars are ahead of yours, in line to get prepped.
