How much wall space do I need for the charger?

I want to put my charger outside my garage between the garage door and the corner of the house. I have about 12 inches of width there and stucco exterior. That should be enough to install it and maybe below it put the cord organizer? I want the 24' cable.

You can do that. I put mine on the inside between the two doors in 12". You might need something to contain the loop of the cord.

So 8" from any obstructions. I do have part of a fence on that corner but it only goes about another 8-10" from the wall.

Electrical code requires 30" wide unobstructed clearance, and 3ft in front (typically). As long as your doors don't swing out your ok. Check with your local code official who will be signing your permit

Looks like you could, as an option, mount the hanger behind the fence on that wall of the house and feed the cable through a hole in the fence and then mount a cord hanger on the front wall of the house potentially. The coli for the cable naturally seems about 18" - 20" wide for 3 loops, so you might also consider mounting the hanger on the fence as well potentially.
