How to access the wizard?

Hi,

Sorry if this is a dumb question but I'm new to the Powerwall world!

My power wall is currently running 1.9.0, it updated this morning, and the iOS app is 3.2.1

I would like to be able to set reserve power levels on my powerwall but from reading this forum I cannot see how to do this via the app.

Do you have to use the wizard for this?

If so how do I go about accessing the wizard?

Thanks for your help

Got to the customize part of the app. You can select self generation or backup mode and set your reserve %

Really sorry about this but I still can't see it!

Are we are talking about the same app - on iOS11 my screens look like this.

Thanks

Just got a reply from the helpline.

Apparently theres no backup or customise functions on the app for the UK and Europe.

Look like we have to wait for TOU - which should(?) arrive by the end of Dec/Jan

I confirm: no backup function available at the moment for laws limitations, in a lot of Europe countries (Italy included, where I live now).
So also my app menu have only 2 commands: POWER FLOW and SELF_POWERED, nothing else.
As far as I know also the Energy Gateway is different. If you have backup functionality you have a different Gateway from mine (not supporting backup).
When I asked to my sales rep he said that if backup will be permitted by law in future I will have to change the Gateway (and pay for it and for its installation).

But the TOU functionality will be available with a firmware update so in this case no gateway change is needed.

There are 2 different kinds of Gateway. The one offered in North America/Australia/New Zealand is called Backup Gateway and it includes a service disconnect.

The one offered in UK doesn't have the backup capability. Maybe true to the rest of EU as well.

Does the wizard give you any additional functions that the App doesn't? and if so can someone tell me how to access it as I currently only have the App. I am in the UK also..
