How to break a Tesla battery?

I know this will be controversial but I have to find out. I have a 2015 S 85 and the battery has degraded by more than 35%. Tesla refuses to replace the battery after a lot of back and forth and escalation. My warranty is ending in early January. I hear about a lot of 2015 batteries failing and being replaced. How do I hasten this process so I can get my poorly performing battery replaced under warranty?

How about keep charging to 100% and keep it there even when you don't drive. And when you do drive, wear it all the way down to 0%. Make sure you drive real fast and tow heavy loads when the battery is low.

How many rated miles does it show at 100%?

Please describe how you measured this “more than 35%” degradation. I’d be very surprised if your rated miles displayed at 100% charge is actually 35% off from new.

Other than that, the right answers have already been given. Supercharge frequently. Always charge to 100% and run it down low. Keep the car from sleeping so it can’t balance the pack.

Problem with that is Tesla will see it in the logs, probably call it abuse, and deny the claim.
