May be this has been asked before, I have found no place at my Tesla account that I could check my Supercharge charges.
Immediately after you sign into your account on www.tesla.com, you will be at the page that shows your car. In the top right are 4 selections, Home / Account / History / Sign Out. The History link will show you your supercharges.
I've found that it is only visible on the desktop version of the site. I can't find it either on a mobile device.
On iOS Safari, you can get it by turning your screen to landscape mode. Then the history tab will show up..
I had to put the link in my bookmarks because I am often on iOS. A friend of mine was having issues finding his charges on a trip and it was the same issue, not obvious support on iOS and I sent him the link in iMessage. Hopefully Tesla knows this is an issue. -Randy
I don’t have the history option on my account page either. It is not there on the desktop version using multiple browsers, nor is it showing on several browsers on my iPad. I think @TEG is correct, with no charges to the account history probably does not show.
I have just finished a SuperCharge session for my Model 3. Still no history in my account, nor had my credit card charged any cent. Indeed 1 months supercharge free for new Model 3?
No. Some people have reported not being charged for the first session or two. But it’s not a systematic free month.
I just had my Model 3 transferred into my Tesla account and the first few transactions were basically free. During that time, the "History" option in my account was non-existent which may be what's happening to OP here.
I think the billing system isn't 100% working yet. I was charged the first time, not charged the next 3 times (over a 48 hour period), then charged again the next two times. I imagine soon everyone will be charged every time.
I've only been to a supercharger once, on June 7. My battery was already over 3/4 full, so I never got over 41 KW and no Tier 2 billing time. My account shows this history and a complete receipt page for it.
