Did you add _anything_ as the reference number? I suspect you might need to get in touch and have them do some manual reconciliation in that case.
Yeah I mistook the ref box as just a reference for me so put model 3 in there but as it was a part payment with remaining balance to do tomorrow I’ll add the invoice on that.
I spoke to Tesla and they said it’s fine it will eventually be tied to my account but may take a few more days to synchronise.
