how to choose the payment option?

Assume I want to finance through a third party lender, instead of Tesla's, however, from the list I could only see the following two options:
Cash
Loan arranged through Tesla

How could I finance with another third party lender given there is no such choice?

You would select Cash for now. When you get your VIN assigned or delivery scheduled, the delivery advisor would call you up to discuss payment details. At that time he will update your account to show as 'loan arranged through 3rd party'.
