After the tint job noticed a residue of the solution used by the tint shop to clean the back window inside the stop light.
Seems impossible to get there to clean it.
Tried from the trunk by removing the trim, no access to the light from there.
    Any ideas?

I have this problem/question, too. So far, my solution is to try not to look.

It’s not a very good solution.

How do you prevent that area from getting moisture in it in the first place?

Use something thin enough with a panty hose over it.
