+How to cope with no tuition due to 3rd party delivery

We are struggling with learning all the facets of operating our new M3, there being no local assistance as we are out of state (Tas) and do not know anyone else.
The car was delivered by a third party carrier, who "knows nussink".

If it were not for the fact that I have been on the forums for 6 years, I/we would not be coping. Then again, we would not have been buying a Tesla.

Yes, cars are like that, esp. when a bunch of things are new, so early adopters have to learn & teach. (I miss the CarTalk radio show.)

Thoughts:

• An extensive FAQ would help. As a wiki?
• Tesla has the best car owner's manual I've ever seen. (Leaf and Prius have the worst. There's a substitute Prius manual written by owners.)
• TMC is a great community, well moderated, and a big help with problem solving.
• There are more experienced YouTubers to learn from:
