How to do a "Complete Inspection" before purchasing a used Tesla?

I want to buy a used Tesla but want to verify it is in good mechanical condition. I live in Calgary and there is no service center here. How do I go about getting a complete mechanical/vehicle inspection at my cost? Can the Rangers do this? Or would you recommend it be done at a real service center (the closest one is located in Vancouver meaning I probably would buy one from Vancouver if the Ranger can not do this). Any info would be much appreciated!

What did your Tesla Motors sales rep say? I am doing the same but I'm in the Bay Area so I can throw a stone between the service centers here. Your sales rep must have a good option for you B.
