Looking for something that I am sure I was told but can't find/remember...

I got a notice today from my city utilities that they exchanged my electric meter for a photovoltaic net meter. The note said that now I (or the installer) may energize photovoltaic system.

Ummmm. I think that there is an app that I should download to monitor the system, right? What app is that? And will it energize the system for me?

Take it easy on me, OK? I'm 71 years old and doing my best to help the environment. I bought a Model 3 and solar panels, just need a bit of help to get going...
