How to escalate issues above the service center level

I was reading prior threads about an option to request an executive escalation through the app but looks like it has been removed. I'm having issues with paint peeling off on my <1 month old Model 3P and the local service center is absolutely no help at all.

So what is the method to get in touch with someone above the service center level? I've already emailed "resolutions" but no response from there. I never get through to a real, non-service center, person through the Tesla phone number either.
