How to escalate issues

I was reading prior threads about how there was an option to request an executive escalation through the app but it has been removed. I'm having issues with paint peeling off on my <1 month old Model 3 and the local service center is absolutely no help at all.

So what is the method to get in touch with someone above the service center level? I've already emailed "resolutions" but no response from there.
