If those are deep scratches, you’re going to need a repaint.

get a mobile paint repair quote after checking reviews on yelp. They are generally really really good and cost much less than body shops.

Huh?!? Isn't that a long dent? You can fix that. I had a deeper, but not as long dent that cost $1300 to repair. The body shop said it could massage the dent out, and repaint.
