I bought a new model 3 LR 2 weeks ago... WITH a referall code I submitted to the "Tesla Advisor" who helped me purchase the car... however, it's yet to show up on my account..
and of course I've talked to him about it numerous times, and it's always "oh I'll have to talk to a specialist" or "I've sent it in to our freemont facility"...
Is this normal? Is there really nobody I can call to get a simple issue like this dealt with?
