How to get rid of micro scratches on interior trim?

The piano black and dark ash interior trim pieces that are high gloss are VERY prone to micro scratches. When some sort of light hit the surface it looks really bad with all the scratches. The lid in the center console that since some time back also is covered with this high gloss material is in an area where it easy get scratches. I mean, it really even get scratches by just gently cleaning it

Thinking of exchanging all trim pieces to carbon fiber instead, but before doing so I wonder if someone have any god tips for how to remove/improve on the scratches? Any sort of polishing or similar that could improve?

All tips and trix highly appreciated and I don't think I'm alone on having this issue either

Try some Plexiglas polish, usually works well.
