Here's a pic comparison between the NVX and Image Dynamics IDQ. The IDQ was not a straight drop in. Even though the NVX looks bigger and I believe is heavier, the IDQ's basket required me to enlarge the enclosure's hole which was not fun at all. Since the enclosure is fiberglass, I started to sand it down by hand which took forever. Then I remember I had a portable belt sander and gradually enlarged the hole for a snug fit. If anyone is interested in the NVX sub, I am selling it for $85 just to recoup some of my money back for the IDQ sub.
