HOW TO: Install 3rd row Jump seats for your miserable children...

The best/easiest way to get all the miscellaneous hardware is to source them from the same person you are getting the seat from. There is no reason that when removing the seat, they can't remove all the hardware with it. If it is a parted out car, you should get everything with the seats, if it is someone removing the rear seats from their current car you will have to look for the bezel pieces for the back of the 2nd row seats somewhere, as nobody would want to remove those from their car.

Thanks for the response. I’ll probably pass on a seat opportunity since the seller is unwilling to remove the other components from the car.
I would look elsewhere like you said. There is no reason for them not to remove the two hip strikers (its 2 bolts each, 4 bolts total), and they are already removing the two bolts the seats attach to the car where they pivot, no reason not to include those and also slide out the barrel nut. The opening switch is not necessary to have, and the bezel for the back of the 2nd row seats is not necessary to have from a functional standpoint, it will just look ugly without it. Be careful with the hip strikers, sometime in 2014 they changed this part, so make sure you get the right one for your car.
