How to make a report for incorrect data?

I looked on their website and in the app; I honestly can't find the place where I can simply contact Tesla and let them know of an area where the speed limit is wrong or some other software based glitch.

Other than the media and investor emails, how does a peasant contact Tesla for these matters?

Tesla outlawed peasants in 2019 during the great toilet paper shortage scandal broken by Fred! /s

The only real way to report something like that is in your car as it happens, click the microphone button (on screen for Model 3/Y) and start your command with "Report a problem .. map data speed limit is wrong at exit 98 on highway 69"
or something along those lines...

The other way is to bypass Tesla altogether and update the OpenStreetMaps data (if it is wrong there) and wait a few months (or more) for Tesla to update their maps.

The In-Car bug report doesn't go anywhere. Not worth your breath. At best a service tech will stumble upon something he can't do anything about when you go in for service 3 months later.

I tried the openstreetmaps thing, it seemed to take my changes in parking lots and didn't require a map update from Tesla just took a week or so to show up. But when I adjusted things like speed limits on roads it made no difference even after the last nav update we got. It's very frustrating when roads I drive on a regular basis which would be great for AP but can't be used because one road is 55 and it doesn't have a speed in the car so limits to 45 exactly, or another road that it thinks is 35. I have updated Google maps, openstreetmaps, asked Tesla about it, tried the bug report (before I knew how that actually worked), I'm out of ideas.
