How To Read Battery Specification

Hi All,

I'm still new for this battery fill. Currently I'm trying to source out lithium battery type for one of my project. One of my possible supplier provide a technical information request form as I need to fill it up. However, I have no clue on required details called 'discharge mode'. Attached is example of battery spec that I found online. Please advise me based on given battery technical spec. I just want to understand how to fill in the form based given spec attached.
