How to remove rear door panel MY

I got puddle lights that display the Tesla T logo

I got 3 in fine, but the cord for the rear passenger door went up into the door panel, and I can’t get it down. Figured I could it least pry half the panel off to get it

I see there are 2 screws on the door, are there any others to un screw before I try this?

Other tips are appreciated

There is a third bolt behind the red reflector on the side of the door panel.

I only see a reflector on the front doors

You are correct, only 2 bolts for the rear door panels. Sorry for the confusion, not sure how I missed that.
