How to replace the frame of the side mirror

I clipped the right side mirror of my model Y. The frame cracked and the bottom cap also broke.

Does anyone have any video on how to replace the frame?

That's a whole unit. You will need to remove the tweeter speaker cover to get access to the bolts and harness that are holding the frame.

Mine was smashed off by a vandle in north london (the joys of on street parking...). While I know a whole unit is available, only the motor assembly is damaged on mine. Any chance this alone is replaceable? Theres some torx heads nearby... Although i assume tesla doesnt use off the shelf mirror motors?

In addition, does anyone know what it would cost for tesla service (via app) to replace one mirror? [UK] Weighing up insurance claim...
