How to report a persistent Autopilot problem?

Not sure if anyone else lives in NYC area, but there is one spot on 87 northbound where Autopilot consistently drops off and the I get the immediate "take over control immediately" piercing audio/video message. It is just as you go under an overpass, with well marked lane lines and no other obvious issue. What's more, the little steering wheel on the display is always there (signaling autopilot can be used), yet if you try to reengage AP, it freaks out again. Then works again after you leave that area. Any ideas how to report that to Tesla? I looked on the website and couldn't find any reporting function.

When it happens, hit the right scroll wheel and say bug report. Don’t know if these get looked at though to be honest.

They don't. Doing that basically just creates a bookmark/snapshot of the logs at the time of the report on the car itself.

They stay local to the vehicle, unless you open a service ticket in the app to have your car repaired- at which point the service team can remotely access your car and see any reports.
