How to run a refrigerator off the Model 3 while camping

For all those who keep asking about how to run a refrigerator off the Model 3 while camping, I found this video. The refrigerator ran for three days at 100F weather with minimal impact on the battery. No fancy solar setup, just a very efficient system.

Basically, dry ice is a very dense thermal battery, and combined with a cooler is very efficient. I'm sure a lot of people already know this, but I'm sure most do not. For less space than solar panels and a refrigerator would take up, you have this system which is not expensive.

The guy in the video went three days, but says that you could easily do more by getting a more efficient cooler and using more dry ice. The main thing is to separate the frozen items from the non-frozen items because the dry ice is very cold, and also to have ventilation for the Co2 (which is carbon neutral, since it came from the environment to begin with).
