How to schedule mobile service?

So I need to get my home link garage door opener installed. I opened the Tesla App and went through the screens to describe service needed, and pick a time and SC location. There was no option offered for having a mobile tech come to my home. Is mobile service a decision made by Tesla or me?

Request service, they will contact you and let you know if it is something mobile can do.

Most probably, they either don't have mobile service available in your area, or type of service cannot be performed at remote location.
Had same for last 2 years and finally for interior/exterior repairs I can select mobile service right now.

As @maximus96 said, that's my experience too. You book a service at the garage and they will contact you to change it for mobile if it's applicable.
