How to Tell if a Car has FSD subscription or Fully Paid

I am a novice and going to buy a used tesla with FSD. I've seen VIN screenshots from postings which show full Self Driving capability. Does this prove the car has Prepaid FSD?

How can I confirm whether its a subscription of lump sum purchase

You need to check under Software. In my pic FSD is cut off at the top. But it MUST say Included Package under Full Self Driving.

FSD transfer has never been an option.

If it is from a private seller the FSD will be transferred to the new owner. But if you are buying from a dealer please be extra cautious since if they bought from Tesla there is a good chance it will be removed. Since Tesla removed the FSD for auctioned vehicles in the past and you can search and find posts related to this topic to educate yourself more. Good Luck!
