If your premium sound system has Immersive Sound, it’s MCU2. If Dolby Surround, it’s MCU1. Note that a recent software bug makes Immersive Sound appear on MCU1 occasionally but it reverts to Dolby Surround after reboot.

Dashcam is in MCU 1. But absense of the energy settings is definitely an MCU 2 only.
